    We offer the competent survey and investigation in complete range; those consist of stowaway, fire, oil pollution, ship aground or sunken, cargo damage or collision accidents.

    Stowaway

    Several vessels call at sea ports of poor countries and unforturenately incured with stowaway on board. We have provided investigation service of the matter, assisting our Principals to contact with Embassy of refugee, arranging investigation/ interviewing/ home return of refugee.

    Cargo Damage Surveys

    Cases of damaged cargoes are annually performed by our surveyors at Vietnam and in region. Each cargo has its own characteristics and property, reacting in different way when exposed to the water, moisture, direct high temperature, sunlight and/or respiration of other cargoes on board a vessel. We would kindly offer free of charge the cargo properties at our online database…The circumstance of cargo damage incur may varies in types and  categories where our competence will be capable for not only cargoes by sea transport but also inland transport, containerized, by rail and others…

    Collision Accident Investigation

    Our surveyors are professional mariners/ seamen who have had many years of seaman experience and more than 15 years of marine investigation/ surveys. We offer the services either conducting site investigation, collecting relevant documents and evidents or reviewing a file to ascertain/ comment the causation and loss/faulty extents. We are all the time ready.

    Personal Injury Incidents

    One of the most traumatic incidents on board ships are those involving personal injury or death of a crew member or anyone else visiting the vessel. INCONP is able to undertake a variety of impartial investigations in order to reduce this trauma. These investigations also include extensive reviews of local and IMO regulations regarding safety issues and working conditions and the application of and adherence to these regulations.

    Pollution and Damage to the Environment

    INCONP is able to help through cause and extent investigation, data gathering and analysis, environmental assessments and surveys, risk assessment and reduction and permits and licensing.

    Fire Investigations

    INCONP simplifies the chaos left behind by fires and presents clear conclusions to our customers through investigation, reconstruction, fire analysis, disputes and litigation and technical advice on cargo damage and handling. We have been involved in the investigations into the cause of fires on board a wide variety of vessels. In order to further broaden our service in this area, some of our surveyors have obtained, or are in the process of obtaining, qualifications for Certified Fire Investigator under IAAI.
